ARBITRATION PROVISIONS IN NURSING HOME CONTRACT

New bill makes it easier to obtain nursing home records

Governor Quinn has signed a bill that will make it easier for families to obtain records of deceased loved ones, including nursing home records. In the past, the family usually had to open an estate in order to obtain these records. This was costly and time consuming.
